How long is a Staj for?

Standard Staj’s typically are for 4-hours. After signing up, our team will contact your host to organize a 30-minute introductory call. During the call, you will discuss your wants and expectations out of the experience. The hosts will work with our team to put together a curriculum to give you a 360 degree experience of the industry and role. The team will find a date/time that works best for the Staj and Hosts and send details before the event with meeting place, time, and expectations of the experience.

There are also entry-level Staj’s that are an hour phone call and professional-level Staj’s is a full 8-hour day experience.

Are the Staj’s just in NYC?

As we launch, we will start in NYC. If you are interested in a Staj experience or you are a host outside of NYC, please fill out the contact form and we will work to open Staj in your city!

Will this lead to a job?

There are different levels of Stajing. Entry level are for those with no relevant industry experience. Professional level are those with direct industry experience. Those who are in the professional level have the opportunity for the Staj to lead to a potential job.

Can I continue my mentorship relationship after my Staj?

It is up to the host if they wish to continue a mentorship relationship after the Staj experience has ended.

What do I get as a host?

As a host, you will get paid for your time depending how many hours you host. If you host a professional level Staj, you also have the opportunity to direct hire your Staj. You also have the opportunity to share your passions with like-minded individuals and develop a mentorship outside of Staj.
